Week 7

This week, we got to meet some of the students from the public university here, the Universidad Valladolid (UVA). It was a real treat getting to connect and form friendships with people here while speaking in another language. We have plans together as a group, and maybe, this meeting will blossom into friendships that extend over country lines.

I returned to the UVA campus to study for my midterms later in the week. In the library of this modern building in the heart of an ancient city, it almost felt like being home at UO in the EMU building. I was reminded that I love being a student and taking the time to enjoy learning.
